Rkatsiteli Qvevri is an amber dry wine made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety grown in the Kakheti region of Georgia. The wine was fermented and aged on the skins in Qvevri, following the traditional Georgian method that is over 8,000 years old.
Tasting Notes:
A full bouquet of candied grapes and a variety of white and yellow tones of dried fruits, roasted nuts, and honey are complemented by firm tannins.
Recommended Pairings:
Perfect with pork, lamb, and aged grilled cheese.
